NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING 2021
Sections 9-13, The Grimsby Pastures Acts 1849 – 1949
The 169th Annual Report of the Pastures Committee will be presented to the Annual Meeting of the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby to be held on 7th June 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Enrolled Freemen of Grimsby will be held at:-
The Hub, Freemen Street Market, Nelson Street, Grimsby DN32 7DS
on Monday 7th June 2021 at 12 noon, to:-
- appoint an Enrolled Freeman to act as Chairman for the next 12 months;
- receive the Annual Report of the Pastures Committee together with the Financial Statements for the year ended 28th February 2021, including the Independent Auditors' Report and to adopt a resolution on the reports;
- appoint 14 Enrolled Freemen to serve on the Pastures Committee for the ensuing year;
(d) appoint auditors for the ensuing year.

All Freemen attending will receive a voucher redeemable at a number of street food outlets in Freeman Street Market. Covid-19 social distancing measures may be in operation at the meeting.
There will be an update presentation, and a question and answer session on the redevelopment of the Freeman Centre and proposals for the wider regeneration of the Freeman Street area.
